Annandale Terrace Elementary School is a neighborhood school serving an international community. We encourage the support and involvement of families, business partners and community members as we work together to meet the unique needs of every student in an inclusive setting. Our learning environment is enriched as we celebrate our diversity and focus on our similarities. A strong Parent Teacher Association (PTA) provides new and exciting experiences for our students through field trips, assemblies, volunteerism and after-school programs. Weekly parent coffees and evening workshops give us opportunities for sharing information and true communication.

Annandale Terrace staff and families have high expectations for academic achievement. Based on school and parent reports, our staff has created a learning environment that meets the needs of each child with a strong emphasis on reading, writing and mathematics programs. We are committed to helping each child find his or her special talents and interests. Mentoring, tutoring and after-school programs extend learning opportunities for students. Business partners, community members, and volunteers provide additional support for teachers and students.
