Outstanding New Teacher: Mr. Abourakty

We’re shining a spotlight on Mr. Joseph Abourakty, also known as "Mr. A", our amazing 5th-grade teacher, nominated as an Outstanding New Teacher. Outstanding Operational Employee: Mrs. Rogers

Mrs. Cindy Rogers, our wonderful administrative assistant, has been recognized as an Outstanding Operational Employee. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both students and staff at ATES. Congratulations, Mrs. Rogers, and thank you for all that you do!

Outstanding Teacher: Ms. Pacilio-Lee

Next, we celebrate Ms. Eva Pacilio-Lee, a beloved Kindergarten teacher, nominated as our Outstanding Teacher. Outstanding Professional Employee: Mrs. Puranen

Our special education department chair, Mrs. Jeanette Puranen, has been nominated as an Outstanding Professional Employee. Her leadership, compassion, and dedication have made a lasting impact on students, staff, and families. Thank you, Mrs. Puranen, for bringing such a positive light to ATES!

Outstanding Leader: Ms. Scher

Last but certainly not least, we celebrate our Assistant Principal, Ms. Nicole Scher, who has been nominated as our Outstanding Leader. Her commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, along with her compassion and patience, make her an invaluable part of our community.
